Fast Fall Follow-up

It’s almost US Thanksgiving, and it feels like winter in the Pacific Northwest, so it’s time to do my seasonal out-and-about update. My main outing during autumn was the family road trip down to Southern California, and that was a lot of fun. Other than that, didn’t do much during the fall other than some late season foliage hikes. Here are the photo highlights.

View of Lake Ann from the Maple Pass Loop. This is probably the most popular fall foliage hike in the area.
Bright red peak foliage along Maple Pass Loop trail. Super busy during the autumn weekends
The famous golden larches that people come to see at Maple Pass Loop.
An earlier fall hike at Naches Peak Loop. Beautiful view down towards Dewey Lake
Hiking near Mount Rainier is almost an annual tradition at this point. Pretty good view of the big snowcapped volcano from Naches Peak Loop
Back at the Seattle Auto Show after 3 years. A lot more electric vehicles on display. Even test drove one along with a hybrid.

Pretty short post this time around. It’s getter colder and the ski areas are starting to open, so I’ll hit the slopes pretty soon for winter fun. I’m still dealing with a lingering health issue, but I’ll get that figured out soon. As always, thanks for reading.
