Time for another recap post of my “adventures” through the last quarter/season of the year. Summer and warm weather has finally arrived in the PNW, which is a good thing since spring has been rather cool and damp this year. I escaped the wet weather for a little bit by taking a trip to Las Vegas/Utah/Arizona. Other than that, I still managed to get outside a little bit locally, and here are the highlights with photos/videos.

Las Vegas + Utah and Arizona Trip
I took my first family trip since the Covid epidemic. In a repeat of three years ago, we went to Las Vegas, because just like three years ago, I won a weekend trip to Las Vegas from a sweepstakes. We tacked on some extra days to see some spots in Utah and Arizona as well. It was a great trip, and this post has the highlights.
Winter Wonders
It’s April and spring has begun, which means it’s once again time to look at what sort of fun I had during the previous season. This post is actually half a month late because… I’ve been lazy about writing here. For winter, most of the fun I had was with skiing. I took my first flights since the COVID pandemic started and skied in Colorado for a week. Also skied in PNW. Here are the photo and video highlights.
A-OK Autumn
It’s December right before the big holidays, and the weather is getting rainy and cold out here in the Pacific Northwest. Time again to look over what I’ve done over the past season, which was autumn. Thanks to the never-ending pandemic, I don’t think I did very much. Just some end of season hiking and crabbing, and visiting some local places and back to Vancouver. Here’s what I’ve been up to for the last three months.
Summer Summary
Summer is coming to end, and we can already feel the crisp coolness of autumn in the air. It’s once again to post some highlights about what I’ve been up to in the past season. I tried to take advantage of the good weather whenever I could, and did mostly outdoorsy stuff. I also had two overnight trips despite the pandemic. Not to far places, but still had fun. Savoring the Spring

A Boring Winter
Meteorological spring has begun, so it’s time to put winter behind us. It’s a winter that I’m sure many of us would want to forget, since it was dominated by the pandemic. The shutdowns and fears of getting Covid limited what I could do and where I could go during the winter of 2020/2021, so this is going to be a short update of what’s been going on with me. Autumn Activity Recap
It’s the end of November after Thanksgiving in the US, which means autumn is over and winter is taking its grip. Also means it’s time for me the post about what I’ve been up to in the last 3 or so months. Spring & Summer in the Bizarre Year
It’s been a while since my last post here. Usually I try to make a post once a season (or quarter) about what I’ve been up to, but I didn’t have much to write about in spring thanks to the ongoing pandemic and other things happening.
