Falling into Fall

It’s been 3 months since my last seasonal update post, so time again to post some highlights of what I’ve been up to. No big trips in the autumn this year. Just stayed local in the PNW, finished up the hiking season, and then had to sit out and recover from a surgery. Anyways, here are the photos and videos.

My only fall foliage hike of the season is to Eightmile Lake near Leavenworth. Not a lot of foliage near the actual lake which is still recovering from wildfires from years ago.

TonyJiang.com Year 19!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That time of the year again to celebrate (by myself) the anniversary of this little collection of websites! My websites have been online for 19 years. Now they are old enough to purchase alcohol in most US states. The only notable update this year is adding some background images to this blog by using Gen AI which is all the rage these days. Google Adsense basically pays nothing these days, even after I updated the ad script code. Many people have ad blockers, so online display ads are a bit outdated.

Anyways, onwards to Year 20!!!

Spring Sparkles

No big trips during spring, but as usual, I ended the ski season and started hiking and foraging for shellfish. Here are the photo and video highlights.

First hike of the year, to the blooming wildflowers in Snow Mountain Ranch, near Yakima.
